So, who am I?
I began my journey into web development by purchasing a course on Udemy. Unfortunately, it had a bit outdated content, but for learning the basics of HTML and CSS served its purpose.
I've enjoyed so much lounging back on the sofa learning to "code". As someone who got arts degree I began taking notes. One week later I could not make sense of the paper filled with my senseless scribbling. It wasn't a long time, when I realised, that without doing this won't work.
Change of plan ... I don't remember exactly how, but I installed Atom (later Visual Studio Code) on my laptop and everything changed. I got carried away many times, favoring quantity over quality. I was waking and sleeping with YouTube tutorials, arguing with my 3-year-old, that until there was no one pixel solid peanut butter border on the toast, he wouldn't eat that.
Joining freeCodeCamp got the ball "really" rolling. Since then, I've been on a purposeful quest to sharpen my skills and expand my knowledge.
What did I do before this? Projecting movies in cinema. Fun. Changing hot bulbs. Made a big clunk whe they exploded. The film also, when it couldn't run out, because someone left the tape on the reel.
After I did seven years in London. Hospitality. Not so much fun, but busy.
Fast forward to today. Spain. I am coursing for a level 2 professional certificate, what I hope give me not only the knowledge, but the "paper" to get into the job market.
What I do, when I am not fighting with specificity? Kettlebell (more should I do), cooking, fixing random stuff, watching woodworking videos.
What can I bring to the table?
Communication, Teamwork, Time Management, Customer Service, Adaptability.
What skills do I have?
HTML, CSS, Javascript, SASS, Networking Infrastructure Basics, Figma, Linux.
What languages do I speak?
Hungarian, English. With Spanish I am getting there. My German is rusty.
